A recent article on Yahoo compares the taste and nutrition between frozen yogurt and slow churned ice cream since both are healthier than regular ice cream. Customers looking for the least fat and active cultures will find frozen yogurt to be the most appealing, however many people still prefer slow churned because it tastes closer to regular ice cream but is a healthy alternative. Something that we might consider for our business in the future is selling popular yogurt flavors individually in store or distributing to local grocery stores so our customers can enjoy our product more conveniently while we expand our market. What do you think? Let us know in the comments!

Let's do a marketing plan for our shop: Fryst Yoghurt
yogurt more than ice cream. Therefore, we will open a yogurt shop. Our customers range
from any age, but the majority are children and students. The yogurt shop will open at a
good location that is around an elementary, college, university and some kindergartens. Our
competitors are Yogurt Land and Pink Berry. They have significant advantage over our shop
in terms of operating history, number of franchisees, capital and human resource. However,
our products are homemade. We don’t have to pay for any franchise fee. Therefore, we
can compete with them in lower price, but the same quality. We source suppliers in local
distribution. We believe that all items are available in other resources.
In addition, our products have 20 flavors and 50 toppings. Our shop not only has general
toppings as the same as our competitors, but we create many special candy toppings that
have shapes as flowers, hearts, alphabet letters, etc. With these toppings, our customers can
decorate their yogurt bowls or they can make yogurt bowls as gifts which contains a meaningful
message to their receivers. We also have promotions every week to maintain loyal customers
and attract new customers. For example, From Monday to Wednesday, our shop has happy
hour which every customer can get a free waffle, 10 cent discount for every oz purchase.
Moreover, we use a stamped card. Every ten purchases, customers can get one free medium
cup of yogurt.

Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
One 12-ounce bag frozen blueberries, thawed
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 cups plain whole-milk Greek yogurt, chilled
Special equipment: ice cream machine
Directions
A full 24 hours before you make your frozen yogurt, place your ice cream insert into the freezer.
Add the sugar, vanilla, blueberries and lemon juice to a saucepan over medium heat and stir well. Press the berries with the back of a wooden spoon so the berries burst. When the sugar has dissolved, remove from the heat. Let cool then refrigerate until well chilled, about 2 hours.
Add the chilled berry mixture to a food processor. Pulse until smooth, then add the yogurt and continue to blend until completely mixed.
Turn your ice cream machine on and pour in the yogurt mixture. Churn until the mixture looks slushy, like soft serve, 12 to 15 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for several hours until it's scoopable.
Cook's Note: Alternatively, for a chunkier texture, you can mash the berries with a potato masher or wooden spoon and stir in the Greek yogurt.

Hello Everyone: this is our first week of school, it's summer session and everything goes super fast in five weeks, hope everyone can make contribution for the blog and group project . Let get success for this class. Let me share a creepy ice cream commercial AD, I think this AD can impress people but not going to increase their sales.
